The short version: we use your information only to answer your questions and help with your retirement planning. We never sell your information, and we never share your phone number or text-message consent with anyone for their marketing.

What we collect

  • Information you give us when you take the Retirement Income Checkup, book a call, or contact us: name, email, phone number, state, and your answers about age range, retirement timing, savings range, account types and goals.
  • Your contact preferences, including whether you agreed to be contacted by text message, the wording you agreed to, and when.
  • Basic technical information such as the page you came from and the date and time of your visit.

How we use it

  • To send you your checkup summary and respond to your request.
  • To schedule, confirm and remind you about calls you book.
  • To send follow-up information about retirement income and insurance and annuity products, which you can stop at any time.
  • To keep records required by insurance regulations and our carriers.

Text messaging

If you agree to receive texts, we use your number only to communicate with you about your request and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages on our behalf.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:

  • With service providers that run our systems (for example our CRM, scheduling, email and texting providers), only to provide those services to us.
  • With an insurance company, if you choose to apply for a product, as needed to process your application.
  • When required by law, regulation or a valid legal request.

How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep information as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and regulatory record-keeping requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls on the systems that store your information.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
